FAQ

An electronic license (ESD – Electronic Software Delivery) is a digital form of a license, or an activation key, delivered as a code to an email address.

Electronic licenses have many advantages: the ordered product is immediately available for use upon receiving the license (code) at the provided email address. The product is significantly more affordable (there is no need for DVD production, boxes, or printing). You always receive the latest version of the product, and such a license is also more environmentally friendly as it eliminates unnecessary production and waste, such as media and packaging. In the case of an electronic license, the installation program is downloaded via the internet.

An electronic license (ESD) has exactly the same validity and purpose as a license obtained in a classic format, for example, in a box purchased at a physical store. This form of licensing has been used for several years by all major manufacturers of software, games, tickets, etc.

Manufacturers may also refer to an electronic license as a serial number, activation key, product key, or license code.

All our licenses are 100% original and legal and can be activated and used in all European countries.

We strive to send ordered ESD licenses paid by credit card or via PayPal to your email address within a few hours (this applies to all orders placed and paid during morning hours on business days).

If you choose a bank transfer, you will receive the license at your email address once the payment is visible in our bank account.

Licenses purchased from us are not pre-activated, so you can activate them according to your needs and preferences.

With most manufacturers, you can enter your new license at any time, and it will only activate after your current license expires (the validity period will not start counting until then). However, this does not apply to all manufacturers (e.g., Norton, Malwarebytes), so it is advisable to check this on the manufacturer’s official website. In such cases, enter and activate your new license only after your current license expires and the program notifies you.

For Norton and Malwarebytes, we recommend waiting until your existing license expires before adding the new license.

If you did not receive our confirmation email at the end of the ordering process, please notify us at our email address: info@.

Before doing so, please check if our email may have ended up in your spam folder.

Yes, our licenses are suitable for new and initial software installations, as well as for renewing or extending existing licensed programs.

Our team constantly strives to ensure that the information is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but we kindly ask you to verify the exact details on the manufacturer’s official website before making a purchase.

In the case of a product in the form of a digital license (ESD), we do not accept returns as the license key has already been delivered and disclosed to the customer (sent to the provided email address).

However, the customer always has the option to test the fully functional software for up to 30 days (depending on the product) free of charge, which applies to all manufacturers in our offering. The free trial version is available on the official website of the selected manufacturer. After the free trial period expires, the license can simply be purchased from us to extend the full functionality of the product.

For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service page under the section “Customer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract.”

If you wish to try a specific program before purchasing it, we recommend visiting the official website of the manufacturer and downloading a trial version of the program. All manufacturers offer the option of a time-limited trial (ranging from 3 to 30 days) for all their antivirus programs. These trial programs are fully functional and operate exactly as they would if you decide to purchase them.

After the trial period expires, you can order a license from us and continue using the program.

By default, the software is always in English, but during installation, other languages are also offered (e.g., German, Italian, etc.).

If you have downloaded a trial and time-limited version of the antivirus software from the manufacturer’s official website and it has expired, you can easily and quickly purchase an appropriate license from us, allowing the program to continue working seamlessly and with full functionality.

Carefully check for any typos when entering the license code. Common mistakes include confusing O (the letter) with 0 (the number), I (uppercase i) with l (lowercase L) and 1 (the number), or B (the letter) with 8 (the number). To avoid errors when entering the code, copy and paste it into the field where you want to activate it.

Some brands (Norton, AVG, McAfee, etc.) require you to register your code before you can activate it in the software.

We currently accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and based on a proforma invoice (bank transfer).

If you need the product immediately (within a few hours, the same day), we recommend paying by credit card or through PayPal.

All payment methods are fully protected and secure.

All manufacturers provide continuous technical support, so you can contact them at any time. Their contact information (phone, email, forum, messaging app, etc.) can be found on their official website.

We recommend checking their website before reaching out to the manufacturer for assistance, as you may already find an answer or solution to your question or issue there.

Computer virus is a code that, when executed, enters a computer and replicates itself independently. Viruses designed to compromise a computer are classified as malicious software. The deceptive goals of various types of malicious software cover a wide range, including, among others:

  • Ransomware encrypts sensitive files, photos, and documents on your computer and then demands a ransom (usually in Bitcoin) in exchange for a decryption key to unlock those files.
  • Trojan horses which allow a hacker to completely take control of your computer and execute programs as if they were using your keyboard and mouse.
  • Spyware programs that “mine” personal information from your computer and sell it at auction to the highest bidder.
  • An ad that generates unintended pop-up windows from suspicious advertisers.

Ransomware is a type of malicious software that infects a device to encrypt its data and lock it, only allowing access once the device’s owner pays a ransom to the cybercriminal, usually requested in Bitcoin. It can prevent you from using your computer or mobile device, opening files, or running certain applications. Alternatively, it might lock personal data such as photos, documents, and videos, holding them hostage until the ransom is paid.

Trojan horse (or Trojan) is one of the most common and dangerous types of threats that can infect your computer or mobile device. Trojans typically disguise themselves as harmless or useful software downloaded from the internet, but in reality, they carry malicious code designed to cause harm (hence the name).

There are various types of Trojans, many of which can launch sophisticated and intelligent attacks. Some notable types include password-stealing Trojans, remote access Trojans, destructive Trojans, and antivirus killer Trojans.

A Trojan can have one or multiple purposes, making it highly dangerous. It is also important to note that, unlike viruses, Trojans do not self-replicate. They spread only when users unintentionally download them, often as an email attachment or while visiting an infected website.

VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a service that protects all your data and privacy online. It creates an encrypted tunnel that safeguards your anonymity by masking your IP address when connecting to public Wi-Fi access points.

If you take your laptop or mobile device to a library or café, you’re likely connecting via a public Wi-Fi network. The problem is that many free, public Wi-Fi networks are not secure. This means a hacker can easily intercept the data you send over the public network, including your passwords and banking information. However, if you use a personal VPN, you can connect securely anytime you are away from home.
