The online store BuyAntivirus.eu is operated by the company Virtual IT d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 158, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU, VAT ID: SI59705612, which is a provider of e-commerce services.

The general terms and conditions of the Anti-virusi.ba online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act.

The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). Upon placing an order, the buyer is explicitly made aware of the general terms and conditions and, by submitting the order, confirms their awareness and acceptance of them.

All information on the Buyantivirus.eu website is provided for informational purposes only and in good faith. Accurate information can be found on the manufacturer’s websites. These General Terms and Conditions define the relationships between the Website Visitor, the Buyer, and the Seller, in regard to the conditions and manner of ordering products, product pricing, payment, delivery, warranties, complaints, personal data protection, and other matters related to the use of the Buyantivirus.eu website and online shopping.

Buyantivirus.eu undertakes to provide the buyer, before being bound by a contract or offer, with the following information:

• company information (company name and registered office, VAT ID number);
• contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and effectively (contact email);
• essential characteristics of the item;
• item availability;
• terms of delivery (including the method, location, and time of delivery);
• prices that must be clearly and unambiguously stated;
• methods of payment and delivery;
• the validity period of the offer;
• the period during which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal;
• an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service.

Due to the nature of online business, the offer on Buyantivirus.eu is frequently and rapidly updated and changed. Prices, payment terms, and promotional offers are valid only at the time of order. In the case of promotional sales, please note that the sale of discounted products is limited.

Product information is presented in good faith. Virtual IT d.o.o. is not responsible for any potential errors in product descriptions, changes in availability, or pricing.

We currently accept payments by credit card, via PayPal, and based on a proforma invoice (bank transfer), including online banking (wire transfer). All payment methods are fully protected and secure.

All product prices are retail prices.

The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice, as well as to change prices exclusively for online purchases without prior notice.

A promotional code or coupon code provides various benefits. Its validity is time-limited. The promotional code should be entered in the appropriate field before completing the purchase.

Product images are symbolic, as these are digital products – ESD licenses.

An electronic license (ESD – Electronic Software Delivery) is in digital form and will be delivered within a few hours after the order and payment to the email address you provided during the purchase.

Customer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract

1. As a customer in the online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
   1. From the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods that are the subject of the contract.
   2. If the contract involves the delivery of goods in multiple parts, the period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item or shipment of goods.
2. If you wish to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify the seller without delay with an unambiguous written declaration of withdrawal:

   The written declaration of withdrawal can be sent by post or email.

3. The customer may also use the provided withdrawal form to cancel the contract.
4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Virtual IT d.o.o. is not obligated to accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
5. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
6. The customer must return the item to the seller within 14 days from the date of notifying the withdrawal from the contract.
7. The seller will refund all received payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, provided that the item has been returned in perfect condition during that period.
8. The customer must return or deliver the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the company about the withdrawal. The refund deadline is met if the customer returns the goods within 14 days. Direct return costs are borne by the customer.
9. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned to the seller.
10. The refund will be issued to the customer using the same payment method used during the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. The customer will not bear any additional costs for the refund.
11. All payments made by the customer will be refunded, including the original delivery costs. However, the customer will NOT be refunded for any additional delivery costs that exceed the standard, least expensive delivery option offered by the seller.
12. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. Items must be returned in perfect condition, meaning their nature, properties, and function are not altered. Goods must be returned in their original packaging or appropriately wrapped.
13. If the contract included a discount, bonus, promo code, or other price reduction, only the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
14. The customer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the subject of the contract is the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that has been unsealed after delivery. ESD licenses are considered “unsealed” as soon as they are delivered to the customer’s email address, since the customer has already seen the ESD code and can use it at any time.
15. The customer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the subject is sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. electric toothbrushes, mattresses, bedding, epilators, depilators, razors, curling irons, hair straighteners…).
16. The customer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the goods were made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications are considered those not manufactured in advance but based on the consumer’s individual choice or decision.

Both the provider and the user should be committed to resolving disputes amicably.
